These rates DO NOT include 12 1/2% State tax, $230 housekeeping fee, $100 non-refundable pet fee if applicable, and a possible $100 booking fee. We waive the booking fee if you pay by check or Venmo.
We rent Saturday through Saturday in the summer and have a 3 night minimum at other times of the year. Higher than seasonal rates for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Spring Break weeks, please ask for an exact quote.
